Service Description

Unique mix of gentle yin and yang yoga, somatic movement, mindful breathwork and qi gong practices, specialising in yoga for lower back and pelvic pain (including SIJ issues). Lessons also provide an opportunity for deep rest and mindful relaxation. Suitable for complete beginners or those who prefer a gentler practice.
